Actually PB, in that shot, they are not glued together yet. I do the bevels before gluing the wings together.
And yes it would be a pain in the butt if they were glued together first. You can relax now.

Yes, that's the one that was pink. whoever repainted it put a piece of tape in the spring cavity
to save the fact that is was "the"pink one. Vinnie must have made the change for V V I .

Re: Vinnie's expectations
The photos were emailed to me somewhere in mid 2010 and since Vinnie was locked in mortal combat with Kiss he had some of his friends hold onto, to hide in other words, his guitars so Kiss or the court couldn't get their hands on them. Then he would tell everyone that he didn't have them anymore. So...

Re: White/Gold
It's a lot better to glue the wings together first thus eliminating the chances of getting any glue on the paint job. Masking is much easier and a lot safer than repairing and/or repainting. Plus the mask and paint is done before clear coating so any little edges will get covered up by, at least, 6 ...

Now we're getting down to details. I've got the bevels laid out now on the wings and I'm ready to put the plane to them. When that is done they will be ready to glue onto the neck. All of the fins are a little over sized at this point. I still have to do some trimming on all the edges
on them. They will look better then. Also I'm using the templates that were created when I built
the original 4 guitars for the NAMM show and those were made from the outline that Vinnie sent me.

I'll check into that and fix it.
Thanks GB
By the way, it's an older version so the lead in (Black Screen) is longer than it should be.
Also on another note . . . The last screen has a Copyright notice from Vinnie.
The thing is, since he never paid me for the work, I still own the copyright. Ha Ha.

I noticed that myself but I figured that the missing knobs were just part of the

but didn't find the knobs anywhere. So it's another Vinnie mystery. I did see that the
logo on the head stock is Ibanez.

Streetbeat Hi, I just made up an artwork in illustrator and took it to my printer.
They make banners as well as catalogs so all they did was blow it up to the right size and print the banner.
They added the hanger grommets too.
And, GB. I got a bunch of stuff so I might as well post all of it.

I think it's 4 different sounds per pickup.and most likely 4 X 4 = 16 for both together. Then that X 3 for the pickup select = 48 ?
Any one else can chime in on this as I think my brain just popped out of my left ear.

The middle switch is pickup select. The other things are pickup coil select for bridge and neck pickups. They actually come attached to
pickup rings which I cut off so I could mount them near the select switch. Also you can see them much better there when you're playing.
