Yes, this is the photo shoot that the Euphoria cover picture was from, see Vinnie has the same clothes and there are a few other pics around.

This is why i laughed when I heard Vinnie say at an Expo that the Euporia cover was a "recent Live shot" or something like that, pretending even in 1996 that he was from 1988.
