It should have been on a Rocky soundtrack.

Just spoke to bk about it
Thanks Dino. Nevision the producer didn't care for it. It was covered by Loverboy's guitar player.

Cool. Nevison was a dipshit for not including that one.

for me the chorus was too similar to "burnin heart " by survivor

Paul wrote this w/ Lover boy guitarist Paul Dean, Paul Dean later did his version on his solo album ! I think this version sounds bigger and better !! Im happy Paul Stanley decided not to put up the KISS version on any album.

I like the song but I never thought it sounded like a "KISS" song.

I also didn't know it was on the He-Man movie soundtrack!! That's awesome...because it's pretty clearly a metaphor for fugging and it's on the soundtrack of a kid's movie.

To know what you've been missing
Come out of the shadows
Insecurity lies
In a heart afraid to listen

George Lynch on guitar!!!

Well.....a Lynch wannabe! Which is cool!
Promises made, crying in vain, all empty. Never accepting the blame and not letting go of the shame. A river of tears, as months turn to years, all wasted. On someone not willing to change. Now only a shadow remains! :(
