So, Vinnie is making a second opening for this new board, after all the hoo ha of the first opening and he didn't fulfill his promise of visiting and interacting, or just saying "anything" to the one guy who signed up.

the best you can hope from vinnie is a different version of a song you already have. Basically he is talking about the boxset stuff. he only got one of the 6 tapes out. He will never get it out. He has had nothing to do for 17 years and he still hasn't put it out. Even though 18 months ago he said they GFH would have been released by now.

The reason he has ended his career is to sue kiss over and over and to loose over and over. God, this reminds me, I was at a concert last night and met up with a guy I was in a band with and he told me of a local guy who has been arrested for abusing young girls.

He knew him from his work in the Police force locally and I know him from when he used to work where I work!!!

There are errors in this agreement. I don't think a person with knowledge of business law looked this over. The price each day is actually closer to $1.37,if there is a 9 behind the 6, you should round to 7. More important, the conditions are non specific. Agreements are very important, your word is your bond. If anything, people are too quick to sign on the dotted line.

The terms of this agreement are too steep. Pay $500 by a dead line, and you have ten days refund period...and then your money is gone. You are the obligated party, and the obligation of delivering the product is non specific. If you consider someone's presence a "product". I don't like the idea of buying company.

Pretty much all "contracts" of this type Vinnie has presented have been comical. Same with his statements about laws and cease and desisting when he was ranting about us. They were good for a laugh, especially, especially from a guy who loves to ignore his reponsibilities in contracts he's actually signed with people.

He tries to get the law to work for him when he flounts it regularly. It's sad. But true.
