Now the lawyer is knowingly registering these trademarks in more than one name. Also check out Vincent Cusano. I can not understand what the lawyer and Vinnie are up to.

i think an email to the lawyer is a good idea, on why he is applying for trademarks he knows are already in existance because he was the one that did the work.

Look, having useless trademarks for things that will never eventuate clearly brings some comfort to our fallen warrior.

What if someone else strapped on a wig and went on a tour as VVI? Now that can't happen, Vinnie has protected his interests.

Now he can sleep better at night. It's the little things like that that are important.

Not wether someone buys an overpriced guitar or crazy overpriced message board.

Oh yer, cause you can bank on that...Trademark the fuck out of everything. & People will make it, do it anyway cause he has no real power or money to stop them. Thing is, he is spending all this money on a things that are of very little interest to anyone. What 100, 200 fans max, in the whole word. Think I'm actually being kind say 100 fans. When I say 100, I mean people that will part with their ca$h for a CD or DVD. Pretty much zero fans will pay for a guitar that has a starting price of $9,500 with no case & excluding postage. VV you have one big case of plot loss. VV, do your self a big favour & admit yourself in. Take a hoilday from yourself, you might enjoy it.
