This is just applications, it all still has to go though the vetting by the trade mark office.

But I think that some one should drop a dime on him for false information to a government office and possible ID fraud. Hes an idiot.

TM ONE HOLDING INC is not filed as a corporation or LLC in Ill or Tenn, nor has TM ONE HOLDINGs INC. He is just asking for trouble.

It is possible to report someone using a corporation name doing commerce or claiming to be business entity with out filing with the secretary of state's office in the state they are doing commerce or claiming the entity. He has a website selling guitars, and is claiming to be a business entity on federal trademark documents. Not to mention possible mail fraud, Id theft, tax evasion.
