Not to be funny, but is it possible Vinnie had a stroke at one point?
Look closely at his mug shot.

I'm sure Vinnie has had quite a few strokes in his time......

Sorry, I was trying to be funny there. As Rick said, anything is possible, but Vinnie was certainly not having a great night that time.

Yes that is possible, but he didn't want to play as far as back in '96 on convention tours
maybe he was demotivated back then and lost his chops

His current handwriting on the shirts and pictures is not like the handwriting of a stroke victim. The handwriting in recent examples looks strong and would imply that Vinnie is in modest to good health I very glad to observe.

How bad is handwriting is depends on where the stroke was localized to.....if it was in the area of the central sulcus then it would be affected but if it happens on the right rear side and he is right handed then his writing shouldnt be that bad anyways since your right side of the brain controls the left side

Which brings up an interesting point to think about... ... HIS FRETTING HAND and no music releases for close to twenty years (and those recordings were made YEARS before that).

Maybe he did have something like a stroke and he doesn't want to be seen like that
but ...remember, he didn't want to play guitar back in 96

True. I did take that into consideration also.

I believe that he wanted PAID A LOT to play at those conventions.I also believe that he wanted HIS OWN BAND and felt too musically superior to the fans that comprised those tribute bands.
After not playing live for years, one doesn't come back playing with tribute acts. You make the GRAND GESTURE of your new project performing.
I believe that he was thinking that his appearances would create a demand for his performances.
To some of us , the want and demand for new music and performances still exists.

WISH in one hand...
...MY HAND IS OVERFLOWING WITH SHIT

From what I was told he wanted much money to really play at the expos which wasn't commercially viable for promoters.
