I was pleasantly surprised to receive that but it has yet to show up in the actual account.

That's a start anyway!
Promises made, crying in vain, all empty. Never accepting the blame and not letting go of the shame. A river of tears, as months turn to years, all wasted. On someone not willing to change.Now only a shadow remains!

Surprising.
I contacted my bank the other day and filed my claims. They've given me temporary credits while they investigate. Sent dickwad 3 emails letting him know I filed claims and still no response from him. Go figure.
