An Open New Years Letter to Mr Cusano

Dear Mr Cusano

The New Year is but hours away, its a time when many start new or put challenges to better them self up on the wall to conquer. As a fan and fellow human being I hope you take advantage of the fresh start the new year can bring. I understand it can be ruff to even think of a new start its very easy to just accept thing's the way they are.
I can speak from experience, having to face drug and alcohol problems and climbing the mountain of bipolar and PTSD disorder was no fun. It took time, it took professional help, and it took a while for me to figure out there where people in my life that was just fine with me exactly where I was " a mess ". Their codependency was as sick as I was . They were there to tell me its not my fault its what ever or who ever's fault any body's but mine. Its funny that when in those situations how we turn to those in reality are just acquaintances or even less, "misery truly does love company " and push away the family and wives that truly want us better.

You may ask why I would put my self out there like that so anybody could read it... because I own my own shit, it does not own me... that and if it helps anyone to not suffer any longer than they need .. way cool.

Its easy to justify our problems to live as a victim, its hard to grasp on to hope and change. It would be so easy if someone could just do it for us, but alas we are the only ones who can.

I addressed you as Mr. Cusano because I don't know you personally and I don't pretend to. I don't have any desire to contact you chat with you or want anything from you period. But its not that hard to figure out that you may be suffering from conditions that help is available for. I say " may " because I don't know 100%
But one duck knows another duck.
