Good old Vinnie renewed it. Guess I will have to knock on his door sometime and politely ask him why he wants a domain with my name. I am HONORED.

At least he should do something with it.
I'm sure he's aware that it would not take much legal action to take it from him, it's illegal to do this now.

Well he has now got some more money to spend on more domains I guess. In your case i would most definetly take it to court matter. Personal just aint gonna work with him
