Dimebag Darrel Abbott was instrumental in the design of these custom made Washburns, he went back to Dean when their business was resurrected.
made in Korea as a special run for Boogie Street Guitars
Extreme detail everywhere you look, a friend bought a BSG Boogie Bolt 1 which is blue book matched flamed maple.
Mine is 24 of 50.

When I got it I wax/buffed the guitar, cleaned the neck and intonated the FR, perfect floating, tuning the same push down/pull up.
It has Buzzfeiten tuning system so I had to learn about that.

Next, never one to settle for basic wiring I customized the pickups with push/pull pots:
Neck Volume (pull: Single coils)
Bridge Volume (pull: out of phase)
Tone (pull select: Inner/outer coils)
Basically I can get the standard humbucker tones or JP scooped tones which is similar to a Tele and the out of phase adds cool tones great for overdubs.

Cool buy!

Not a huge fan of the shape but love the versatility you've put in it!

I never was really attracted to pointy shaped guitars but the quality and detail of this guitar intrigued me enough to search for one and buy it. It is a big long guitar, easy to hit things by accident, although luckily there are currently no dings.

Eric, the owner of Boogie Street Guitars, is very cool. His shop is within an hour from my house.
