"Working on demos for a new album Vinnie recorded sometimes using a drum machine, performing the vocals himself, though also"
"auditioning others such as Goran Edman, as well as Robert Fleishmann working with him in 1990. It was during this time that Vinnie first recorded the “Guitars From Hell” material, publishing the copyright for the completed work in September 1990. “Get The Led Out” was the first song completed. One “real” drummer possibly used at this time was Gary Ferguson."
I got Jesus in my fax machine. I saw Ho Chi Minh down @ Burger King. I dated Vinnie Vincent as a Drag Queen. I still don't understand a f**kin' thing. I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ass and I'm all out of bubble gum.
Vinnie could've done so much musically by himself seeing that he's not much of a people person... vocals, guitar, bass, drum machine. Nowadays you can pretty much produce your stuff yourself, but back then about the only thing he needed was a producer... then hire a backing band for tours.

If you see me dying I'm dying alone.

Lee's Dracula scared the crap outta me as a kid... then I saw THIS "Dracula":
Instant puke session between me and my twin brother when this fucker popped up on the screen in Salem's Lot... Reggie Nalder's "Kurt Barlow" character is hands down the best looking (or worst looking?) vampire ever on screen.

I played with Chris Lee in Montreal in the early 90s. He was always talking about his time in the Vinnie Vincent Invasion. Chris Lee went on to act in low-budget movies and then faked his own death. I haven't heard from him in over 20 years.
i think it was one of those "Merediths....Cynthias ...Rains ...Suzies" just to show he was not alone
or maybe the fan he flew from another city, Chris was Spyder as well.

Hi there! So there was a guy called Chris Lee that played with Vinnie? His name is almost totally forgotten/ignored as a possible, one time member of Vinnie's band, before things truly went to (guitars from) hell.
Can you elaborate? He was playing bass?
Due to the "other" Chris Lee I can't find any info on him as an actor, or the fake death thing. Do you know any movies he was in when he acted?

Chris lee is an error or a joke . He never played with vv and as a bassist didn't exist. Vinnie played all bass after Dana .
You should get your info right before you post such things !!!!
Chriss Lee auditioned for VV for sure.
He was not an actor !!!
I have a lot of info about Chriss Lee. By respect for him, I will keep them private.
CHRISS LEE passed away on March 8, 2020. He was a friend of mine.
Congrats to you all for making fun of someone who just died.

Ludi....you are complaining about a post that was made 8 YEARS AGO!
No one is making fun of "someone who just died".
In fact, Curt actually said R.I.P.

Oh, am sorry, I did not see the date. I was focussed on the topic.
Yes, Curt said RIP, because he knows that Chriss Lee passed away, I am the one who informed him.
It would have been better to make a new post to avoid confusion.
Sad news, he was only 52.
