The white tune-o-matic Jackson looks to be from 82/3, it appears in the Charvel/Jackson catalogs from 83 and with Vinnie endorsement in the 85 catalog

As for signing it Kiss 84, well he couldnt sign it Kiss 86 when the guitar was made as people would have called him on it haha

At best this is a backup guitar from the Invasion/ASG tours at worst its just a guitar he played at some ...

Those holes on the headstock are from a string tree which Vinnie had on all his RR Jacksons, the truss cover was added post Kiss since they're generally not used on touring instruments.
