How about this one- a right mix up of religious, literary and nationalist references in one half verse-

The line "She's a killer queen she's got the kiss of fire" of course has that Queen reference but also having Kiss and Killer in the same line reminds me of Creatures and one of Vinnie's first songs with them...

I heard Fred just auditioned for VVI, not that he did any further work with Vinnie. Apparently the audition consisted of Fred having to play along to the album, while Vinnie watched ...

i think that they made a conscious decision to first promote mark in a Bon Jovi/white lion kind of way and the band like a teenage appealing kind of band and then they did not push the band anymore when Vinnie wasn't cooperating in the way they want him to. I don't get this whole thing. Music not's not a competition or race. Who cares who's faster? Vinnie is very fast, some people are faster still, but Vinnie's solos are better then everyone else's! There's a lot of speed but its not all about the speed... I think Gene said it best on one of the Kiss ...

VVI is in my mind the greatest album of all time. I did think Creatures was the greatest album till I heard VVI... never heard anything better since ...

Did I dream this or did anyone else see it? I'm sure I saw in a US mag about 1996 Vinnie wearing an elaborate version of his make up with curls at the ends of the ankh... did anyone else see it?

I understand him being a very private person and respect his right to privacy... but most of the private people I know don't write Wikipedia pages about themselves... or take money from fans for boxed sets that don't exist. I never believed that stuff Gene and Paul said about Vinnie being self destructive. But here he (or a friend of his) is being quite naive and self destructive for everyone to see... crazy!

I see a lot of Kiss merch (official and unofficial) and I've got really bored of most of it... but a Vinnie Lego figure! That's something I have to have!
