It's literally the weirdest thing I've ever witnessed. Is there any other artist where this is a thing?

The responses almost feel like they made from a bot farm.

There is no other artist who does stuff like this. Nobody would pile on the crap this thick, especially when it's not even believable.

All this in the middle of the $200 CD single fiasco.....

Yikes!

Max not knowing Vinnie used a pink Rhoads??? Nothing suss there! :?

Truth be told, if the CD was released in it's entirety and was autographed, many would be happy to pay $200.
Promises made, crying in vain, all empty. Never accepting the blame and not letting go of the shame. A river of tears, as months turn to years, all wasted. On someone not willing to change. Now only a shadow remains! :(

Max clearly doesn't know a lot, LoL.

The CD would also need to be a professionally produced one, not a CDR.

I've given up on VV ever doing anything ever again.
Reasons are simple. For one he is old.
2) He has promised shit in the past and never delivered on anything.
3) This 30-year-old revamped Guitars from Hell project has zero POP sensibility. No catchy tunes, production is crap. I mean, for $200 a song, I want at least a Dolby Atmos plus a Standard Stereo version on REAL GOLD Leaf discs. (NOT GOING TO HAPPEN).
4) Reality, DANA STRUM was the genius behind VVI. He was the glue. Record sales and production from Slaughter prove this. VVI may have some cool raw ideas, but no direction. No marketing skills. VV thinks he is some elite rockstar, but he is just a con-artist. This has been documented over and over and over again. VV should call his new project, Broken Record.
5) Best and worst thing to happen to VV is being in KISS. F%*ken his sense of Reality right up. Instead of being a humble cool guy like Eric Carr, VV turned the insane gain up to 11. And to be honest, the Best two last albums KISS did and that were awesome in their entirety, were COTN and LIU. Even Revenge has lots of half-assed fillers. And the truth be told - in the case of Revenge, an argument can be made that VV saved the day once again. Still doesn't give him the right to be a nutter. And his issues with $immon$ and $tandly are with them, and should not be with the fans. $immon$ and $tandly had issues with Ace and Peter, but it seems strange that when Gene went all Hollywood and KI$$ Corp had little interest for Gene, that $tandly never booted him out. Wonder what that was DUE-TO???
Enough of my B.S. rant. Nothing will change. All we can do is be amused by the life and times of VV's insanity. Long live VV,
I got Jesus in my fax machine. I saw Ho Chi Minh down @ Burger King. I dated Vinnie Vincent as a Drag Queen. I still don't understand a f**kin' thing.
I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ass and I'm all out of bubble gum.

Vinnie certainly does provide amusement, to many people, and he entertains them, but not in the way he thinks, or wants. It's like watching the worlds slowest train wreck occur, ever so slowly.

You just never know what laughable thing he will come up with next.

It's almost like Homer Simpson is his manager!

True, Homer did deliver the car, even though it was terrible. After failing in the automotive field it seems he's trying in the musical one, with Vinnie, LoL.

Megadeth, No.1 album, Vinnie, number nothing nothing.

I hope something finally comes out. There's probably about 10 different versions or more of each of those songs off GFH/Guitarmageddon/Judgement Day. I didn't pre-order the single because I don't think he will get close to 1000 people (500/500) paying $225/$300 for it.

I disagree about Dana completely. He was no marketing genius. Slaughter's one hit album only proves they got lucky.

How can you compare Vinnie to Eric Carr in KISS? One has songwriting credits all over the place.

I'm lost on who you wanted Stanley to boot out? Carr or Simmons? No way Stanley could have booted Simmons. They both had 50/50 interest at that point. Carr most likely would have been fired if he had survived.

That's what also concerns me, the sooooo many versions of these songs, and more versions as the months and years go by.

Apparently this single has new drums, which are provided by the guy that did the background drums to the songs Vinnie "played" to at Creaturesfest. I would much rather here Andre's work.

It does suck when someone, Vinnie, George Lucas, can't just leave something alone and say it's finished. At least George did release the original Star Wars before he screwed with them, and we can still get the good original stuff.

With Vinnie, who knows? Never having released this officially, ever, who knows how it has morphed over the years.
