My band XERÖCKX...
Here's a link to my band XERÖCKX... tunes were recorded in 2009 by me and my twin brother. These demos are in more of an electro-rock direction and recorded with Pro Tools and an M-Box.

Sounds pretty cool. The sounds and effects are good. Did you do anything with it gig wise?

Thanx guys! We used to play em live as a two piece... guitars and a laptop. Would love to incorporate it into the shows with a live drummer and keyboardist in Xerockx.
Re: My band XERÖCKX...
It sounds very professional, a bit like Manson, but I haven't heard that much of them.
How do you pronounce the name?

Thanx! It's pronounced like "Xerox" the copier... kind of a play on being twins but with "rock" thrown in... u get Xerockx! Manson isn't really an influence but I get ya... Gary Numan, Kraftwerk and Kiss are a huge influence though!
Re: My band XERÖCKX...
Yeah, I haven't heard much Newman, save for the sample The Sugababes used in Freak Like Me but I can get that too now.

Re: My band XERÖCKX...
numan's first 3 albums are awesome... the rest is shite! most consider him a bowie rip off but i think he took it to another level. like most consider kiss an alice cooper rip off but of course they put their own spin on it. sorry, i could spew on all night after drinking...
Re: My band XERÖCKX...
No worries, please do!!!
I never got into him, I know a couple of songs but I was aware of him when I was younger.

Cool Stuff. Really liked it. I went through a phase of listening to the the more industrial stuff for a while. I really like London After Midnight, Orgy, Rosetta Stone & Zeromancer. Billy Idol's Cyberpunk album was great album(even with the absence of Steve Stevens). Keep up the great work. Want to hear more...
I got Jesus in my fax machine. I saw Ho Chi Minh down @ Burger King. I dated Vinnie Vincent as a Drag Queen. I still don't understand a f**kin' thing.
I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ass and I'm all out of bubble gum.

Thanx man, some cool stuff you mentioned! I love metal but also love me some Skinny Puppy, NIN, Ministry, KMFDM, etc. Ironically, the newest stuff we've recorded is more melodic, hard rock, metal oriented... hope to have it up soon.
