20 years since Eric Carr's passing today!

Post by EricFoxx »

Well, what's left to say that hasn't already been said?

He was a fantasic musician who has had great impact on me as a drummer! It saddens me that I was born the same year as "Crazy nights" was released, and obviously too young to expecience KISS live at the time when Eric still was alive.

Rest in peace you allmighty Fox!

R.I.P Eric Carr - 20 years

Post by Genebaby »

Wow, it's been 20 years today since we lost Eric, and Freddie Mercury.

I remember how Freddie overshadowed Eric, there was not much reported on Eric.

We got a small spot on the late news here in Canberra.

We all miss you Eric.

I was lucky enough to see Eric in kiss as a kid in 1980. Kiss was never the same for me once he was gone...

Rest in peace Fox

I've seen Eric and Vinnie 1983 in Sindelfingen, Germany for the first and last time. He had a great personality and was the finest person in KISS ever. I hoped that Vinnie has something from him but he hasn't :|
R.I.P. Eric !

HA! Rolling Stone magazine... same fukn waste of time as the Suck my Balls Hall of Fame. Why do people still take these fukrs seriously? Just like Eddie Trunk with his fat assed rants about the RnR Hall of Fame. Quit mentioning the fukrs and they will slowly fade away (I know, I just mentioned them). Hell, I'm gonna go form my own club and vote in who I think is worthy... regardless of public opinion. Rolling Stone mag and RnR Hall of Shame... the same old, hippie assed shitheads-cum-yuppies who think their shit doesn't stink. Go die.

I know I'm in the minority here, but I always loved the glammy Asylum costumes. Maybe cause it was my first KISS show when I was 13, I dunno. I also love the Asylum songs front to back and the cover art with the solo album colored lips (but shouldn't Eric's lips be fox-orange?) :?:

It's definitely not hard imagining Vinnie with his '86 Invasion look in the Asylum line-up.
