Have you seen it again recently?

I remember Evil Dead, the first one actually did scare me, which was great, but not when I was older.

Yer that would have scared the shit out of me as a kid.

The Exorcist still scares the fuck out of me.

Salem's Lot was pretty scary too.

The 1979 Phantasm was interesting.

I got Jesus in my fax machine. I saw Ho Chi Minh down @ Burger King. I dated Vinnie Vincent as a Drag Queen. I still don't understand a f**kin' thing.
I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ass and I'm all out of bubble gum.

Yes, Burnt Offerings still creeps me out... Anthony James as that smiling chauffeur in the old car still gets me.

The Exorcist is still one of the all time best and I still love Evil Dead... even the funny parts are creepy as hell.

And Salem's Lot? Probably my all time fave. Barlow the vampire and that creepy kid at the window literally made my brother and I throw up when we saw it in '79.

Didn't get Salem's Lot until 83' in Oz. I remember lying on the lounge room floor doing maths homework and I looked up just as Mr.Barlow pops up in the jail! Scared the crap outa me!!! The kid at the window was creepy too!
Promises made, crying in vain, all empty. Never accepting the blame and not letting go of the shame. A river of tears, as months turn to years, all wasted. On someone not willing to change. Now only a shadow remains! :(

The book Salem's Lot was better than the movie.
Live life as though it is the third law; "to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction." Rules apply whether we are cognizant of them or oblivious.
