Is it worth it?

Post by doublev2 »

Is it worth it, year after year waiting for new music. Thats all the fans want. In recent years VV made a come back which surprised us all but all he did was boot fans and have someone else make a guitar at his own expense. I think a lot of us are here because we are such good friends but to be honest in my opinion VV doesn't deserve anytime from his fans anymore.

I always believe in the good of people . Vinnie has it SOMEWHERE.
If he can't find it then I might have to help him find it.

Vinnie is washed up, what ever good is left in him is spent on his enjoyment of cutting his fans down. There is no hope for him, which means no new news for this site and thats exactly the way he wants it, so he gets it ! The irony of it all is the fans loose out on such a great talent. I have to agree w/ Doublev2, Vinnie Vincent does NOT deserve any time or anything from his fans anymore !

At best, someday GFH will get some kind of "official" release. Other than that, I hold little hope for anything new.

I truly think he would rather destroy thr tapes than have the roach motel people hear them. To be honest maybe his estate maybe the best option of releasing it to be morbid and tasteless.

Nothing will happen. Don't waste your breath on the living dead. May as well try to rejuvenate road kill crushed on the pavement.

After Vic muscling in at 7538 posts, & the mighty Rickstar weighing in at 7459 post, Dino your 3rd on the podium with 5727 posts. From that I'd pretty much guess that you would definitely be buy that CD if it was released.

I know I would buy it. I like the album and would love an actual quality version of it that doesn't have that 3rd generation degradation sound with no dynamics. What I would love most would be 2 versions...the original recordings AND what Vinnie feels are the "final" mixes.

I don't mean to be so harsh, but he should talk to his fans. Everybody has a bad day. Why can't he lighten up and have a little fun in this short life? Forgive and forget? Fuck all the bullshit. I get my feelings hurt. Everybody does. He's not alone.

Why can't he realize this entire forum is dedicated to him? Why does he have to be so sensitive, that he is willing to throw it away? I understand sensitivity. But it doesn't have to rule you. Nobody's perfect. People have grumpy days.People here have expressed how much they care about him. That isn't hate. The people here are cool. He's missing out by crawling in his shell, and you might as well be dead if you can't enjoy talking to other people once in a while. I'm an introvert, too. But this is plain misery Vinnie is putting himself through. For what? Over misunderstandings, he could easily come over here and clear up? His sensitivity could be a good thing with a little forgiveness. He'll find good people over here. People who share his love of music. People who care.
