KISS swag on Oz tour

Post by shramiac »

Mate went to the Brisbane show and got the $500 ticket. Got good seats and the following swag (+ a tee shirt not pictured)

He also said "and the opening acts were better too!"

You didn't go Andrew? ;)

I got two tour books, a poster and a wristband.

One tour book and the poster and wristband for my daughter. The t-shirts didn't inspire me.

That stuff looks nice though.

No didn't go. Have no desire to see KISS play anymore. Well maybe if they played in my home town I'd go but that's it.

The so called maters of advertising sure dont have good merchandise. They need to go retro if you ask me.

Agreed. Sadly, the thought of it bores me to tears now. :(

But most musicals and Broadway shows do bore me though...

I agree 100%! No matter how "valid" Paul wants Kiss to be in today's market, retro would be a lot cooler for Kiss nowadays. I can only dream about Kiss recreating the Love Gun/Alive II stage today... fans would fukn love it.

Kiss should do a scooby doo special etc. They had a lot more they could have done and still can do.

Here's the crappy tee shirt! Looks like the transfer would come off after 2 washes!!!! High quality cotton too! You could see the skin tone on an albino the cloth was that thin!!!

Considering the concert ticket was worth around the $150 mark, those that got an autographed letter and picks from Vinnie after he botched the Archives Boxset did pretty well!

Ain't no way this junk is worth $350!!!
