I called in to request a VVI song last night while at work on Q104.3's "Friday Night Rocks" radio show with Trunk. About 30 minutes later, he starts talking about his annual "KISSmas" show. Then he starts talking about KISS circa early eighties. Then he starts talking VV and how he when underground, blah, blah, blah. Then he syas AGAIN how he would love to have VV on his radio program. This is the same message he gave to me when I saw him at RATT's gig in A.C.
Vinnie, if you're reading this, you have a platform. Eddie would be honored to have you on his show just so you know. You should take the time to sit with him, or at least talk to him by phone. Hell, you should even do episode 7 of "That Metal Show" on VH-1 Classic where Eddie is the host.
I have Eddie's personal email if you'd like to contact him. You can reach me through RR, here, through Dino, or a PM if you're a member here. Good luck.
Eddie Trunk on VV again

That's cool, a rather be hated than ignored.doublev wrote:I would half expect him (Vinnie Vincent) to mention how much he hates all of us here.
I got Jesus in my fax machine. I saw Ho Chi Minh down @ Burger King. I dated Vinnie Vincent as a Drag Queen. I still don't understand a f**kin' thing.
I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ass and I'm all out of bubble gum.

Trunk
Nope! When I call in I always get Andrew, his on-air assistant. I told him to play anything VVI since I don't know how deep the catalog is on Trunk's end.

It's very rare that he plays any VV material. I guess it's not "pc" being that he hugs up to Gene, Paul, and Ace.

He's thinking only "ratings" for his TV show, I know that. Playing VV on the air will probably get him more flack than praise. I try anyway being I'm the fanboy Friday.zemsguitar11 wrote:thats down right rediculous.....trunk says he would like to have vinnie on the air for an interveiw but doesnt even play any vinnie music on the radio show.....what a freakin jerk
