Wow, didn't know that. I can't see his book being too much different than Gene's... no real dirt except for the occassional passive aggressive comment towards former members, Gene, former girlfriends and anyone who looked at him the wrong way.

Reading that article it seems he may be out to set the record "straight" so there may be some dirt in there.

Paul has changed his stance before, like wit this. He always said putting the makeup back on would be like going backwards etc. Then look what happened.

Still, I look forward to his book.

Paul always spoke in absolutes until about 1997-1998. "We'll never do this." "We'll never do that." It was all to mollify the fans.

It was around 1987 he was saying No the makeup. They were still fresh from taking it off and doing "ok", compared to their situation in the mid 90's. I just can't trust him.

They have always used double-speak and hyperbole. They think it sells more merchandise and keeps the fans happy. We, however, are happier with the truth.

it would be way more interesting if one of them would do a Nikki sixx and just lay it out there warts and all but they wont.
