Elliott wanted to, and continues to, corner the market on shredders. That's why I also presented Vinnie Moore and Chris Impellitteri to the company. Vinnie wasn't happy with Sterling and Chris liked what he read about the company. They both contacted me directly. I didn't contact them. Michael was already onboard with Dean (again) after he left the company, back when Dean used to be based in Chicago.

If VV contacted me I could possibly arrange an introduction. I say that here because maybe he reads this forum :D

i too have my contacts with dean guitars i will say they are aware of Mr cusano. i cant say for sure youll have success with that since they know his history from way back when before kiss. lets just say that might not go over well. VVV - you can inquire mention his name to a couple of guys you might find hes well known due to some CT natives working for the company

Think the best bet for anyone a after a VVV guitar is Monster Guitars. The main reasons for this is???...No dealing with Mr Cusano.
Tom Palecki & Vinnie Cusano have dug their own graves in respect to the selling guitars. Cusano's best bet. release music, finished, unfinished...everyone here will buy CD(s) for the normal CD going rate...$20.00-$25.00 from a place like Amazon.

everyone knows vv's history. its a big problem for him.

i know this is so old, but why is he charging so much with the rep he has?? crazy.

If he offered a package that included a 3 hour guitar lesson, a video tape of him handing the guitar over to the person buying it plus some other stuff he maybe able to get 4k but I doubt it.

Buy a Monster and be done with it.

I wonder what Vinnie's next update will be? More news on playing live? I wonder what guitar he will play? What amp will he use?

Unfortunately you are right Rick, but you never know? Vinnie may still surprise us :) I would be happy with new music releases of old material... Not asking much...

I've got my fingers crossed that he will play.
He was promising a yr ago the guitars, and well, he actually delivered, and in Fall as he said.
Not exactly in the way we all hoped but it was still a positive step.

I thinks it's all too obvious that even if you were a buyer at 9k, seeing him shred one up live would help you decide whether you would even head down that track.....and maybe Vinnie is thinking it's a good business move to do this.

It's a no brainer, Vinnie will create LOTS of interest by reappering after all this years !
