Honestly, If VV would get his head out of his ass, he could have a respectable career. He reminds me of Mick Taylor suing the stones for 25 years claiming the stole a bunch of stuff from him... while never doing anything worth a shit. If VV played his cards right, he could have a nice steady income these days instead of being a bitter, reclusive, (alleged) wife-beating wash-up. It's not too late for him, but he really needs to think about what he wants and stop being so agro. It's obviously not working for him.

Preach the word brother. From your lips to Vinnie's ears.

Vinnie can not do one thing on his own. He doesnt have a car that works or a valid driving license so I have been very well informed . unless he has good friends willing to help him he can not get around. He can not even get his mail or groceries . All his patents and company and maybe even his music are in his wife or father in laws name. I dont see how he can put music out and not have access to transport or anything and it seems like he doesn't like going out in public. I could only see his life back on track with his wife or another woman or good friend helping out.

One of his girls must be helping him out... I would hate to think he is sitting at home & can't even get to a supermarket for basic supplies...? Maybe he has a close friend in Nashville? Who knows? Vinnie talk to us... Let us know that you're ok?

i would help him out. he was my first hero. speaking directly with him is one of the best moments of my life (obviously behind family matters), and the strange day VV kicked me off the board was one of the worst, even though deep down I knew it would happen one day but always hoped it wouldn't.
I would add he would never ask me for help, I think possibly I am one of the last on the list along with Dana Strum. Not sure where Rick fits in .. lol

I would absolutely help Vin out also, unfortunately I am a 20 hour flight away on the other side of the world..
That is very sad that his Family don't talk to him, Italian Families are usually very tight/close so this is really unfortunate

I come from a Greek/Romanian background & Family is everything... You look out for eachother at all times good or bad... If Vinnie really has nobody looking out for him then that is heart breaking shit right there... He may have fucked up badly last week but he needs someone!? Without getting too melancholy about this situation I think he would be at close to rock bottom at the moment & what he would be feeling is isolation, loneliness & fear... If he is sitting in his house by himself he is gonna go crazy waiting for his June 23 hearing... There is the serious realization that he could face jail time and he would be well aware of this...
Maybe there is a chance for reconciliation with Diane?? They could be speaking again...?? I hope so anyway? I hope Vin isn't alone facing this... Dino, it's a shame that Vin wouldn't accept help from you or another member in the US, he has people here that actually care about his well being & even after the treatment you received from him you are man enough to want to still offer him help... You're a good guy & he is very fortunate to have people on this forum who do still appreciate him... God knows he probably doesn't deserve us hey??
Talk to us Vinnie...

i am not in the usa. i moved to europe 5 years ago and still here. I was supposed to move back but it looks like next summer now. kids in school etc. All my family live in the states though.
I have no idea if he is alone, but i don't think he is very mobile on his own.

personally i think he will not serve time or very little. I don't see him being keen on any classes or community service however.
lets see if it even gets that far. i hope not.
