yeah. Well at least they bothered to record something. they could be out on the road with no new material which would be worse I guess. I think they just want it as easy as possible which is why they still have Tommy and Eric S.

The song is growing on me a little actually.

I was just writing about this in the other post. I don't hate this song. I think some of us might be being a little too harsh on it. It's clearly an "OK" song. I've heard much worse KISS songs in my life. My only real reservation is that if this is the best the album has to offer, then the rest is certain to be mediocre at best.

There's something about it that just keeps the song from "popping". For me it's part Singer's playing and part Paul's vocals being below his best and thinking the lyrics are meant as a big FU to someone. (Could that someone be the fans that do not roll over and accept whatever Gene & Paul deign to give them?)

I hope its not the best song on the album. I think crazy nights wasn't the bes on that or lick it up on that album so hopefully some gems on this one.. but who knows.

It seems to be getting trashed on this board and I just don't get it. I'm all for everyone having the right to their own opinion, but saying that this song is total garbage or crap seems a little over the top for me. I agree that it's not great. It's not going to be in any of my top 10 KISS lists. But I think it's definitely listenable and, if it's listenable, then it can't be total crap. Right?
