Ok,seems serious but not to the level I first thought. I will give everyone the benefit of doubt etc now . All i know is a swat team entered his house and he was arrested and spent the night in prison. Not sure of the level of violence. The reports were bad but its through a 3rd party so I need to be cautious.

Vincent (real name Vinnie Cusano) was busted by the Rutherford County Sheriff's Department in Tennessee and held on $10,000 bond. He posted and was released at 11:27 AM.

Vincent was known as the Ankh Warrior during his time with the band.

He may have really fucked up this time! If he can't reconcile with her and if she is truly pissed can anyone guess what most women would do? They would tell the whole world everything about the person who did them wrong. If she is pissed and not afraid of him she will spill the beans! By her own admission at Namm she indicated that he is intensely private and we all know reclusive. Telling the world what he has been up to for the last 15 years by my estimation would drive Vinnie crazy and she might just do it. Les Kero now owns everything related to Vinnie so from a marketing and financial standpoint he is fucked if he does Diane wrong.

The only other thing could be publicity. This is not the glam world of 1985 and maybe they think that he could benefit from toughening up his image prior to making some kind of comeback? His target audience would be middle age rockers and guitar enthusiasts of all ages so it might be a necessity to distance himself from the image of being a transexual, transvestite or a fem. In Vinnie's fucked up mind maybe he now wants to come back as a bad ass or a tough guy LOL. If that was the case he would be more effective squaring off with the likes of someone like me. His ass would be quickly and soundly kicked but he would earn tons of respect for his courage. Roughing up a woman is a wimpy and cowardly act that should never be tolerated.

I hope that Diane is going to be fine and that she spills the truth about the real Vincent Cusano. My best guess is that the story is going to be pathetic!

As a fan of KISS for over 30 years this comes as no surprise to me. Vinnie has had issues before and that is why he only lasted one album tour with KISS. He has had one other band fail on him and that was the Vinnie Vincent Invasion. He was booted from KISS for having a bad attitude. Really surprised he has not done more than just assault in the last 20 years since being booted from KISS

This is taking nothing away from his abilities. The dude can kill on the guitar but his personality seems to get in the way of his brilliance on the guitar

Kev, Sad but true. Well said. I don't believe it was for publicity. I sometimes think that she has controlled him and his lack of a career. I don't know if she has helped him or hindered him.I think their household has been one of heavy frustration and they let loose on each other. This is one thing I never thought I'd hear about Vinnie, he's been together with Diane for so long. Their relationship clearly worked. Until now.

Who knows what will happen now, we may find out more about Vinnie than ever before as Kev pointed out.

Tmz didn't totally have the facts checked. He got arrested last night at 10pm aprox and released late this morning. There was a big team of police officers who told everyone on the street to run for cover. They said he was arrested today which is wrong.
I do hope vv keeps calm and doesn't hurt himself over this (or anyone). Anyone of us would be happy to help. I don't like to see any woman hurt but he also needs help to get his head straight and thats not always easy if you are being charged with a crime.
I should say I have only heard very good things about his wife and family.
The one concern i have for vv is the safety of his instruments and archives as well as his trademarks and music which is not owned by him but by tm1 which is not vv.

As much as I would love to see those guitars and hear his archives, I could give a fuck about them when compared to someone's well being.
I called the Police station today to see if there was something I could do and he already posted bail.

It is times like this that we as human beings can lend a brother and sister a hand . If only through prayer and well wishes .
