http://www.wsmv.com/news/28112486/detail.html looks like he is living in the back house. This may explain why a guy is outside Dianes house. For protection maybe.

Yes, the assult charge.
Looks like vinnie is spending his time moving domain names out of Dianes name and into his. The vinnievincent.com was sent to Diane not vinnie. She should change her passwords.

The back house is not in a fully livable state so this is why he would need to go to the other house in the day , i believe.

Well, I don't know. Because of the position of the car, I don't think so. It was on the opposite end of the road. It would seem to me that neither one of them (Diane or VV) would be able to afford around the clock security. I was thinking about driving back by there to see if the car is still there, but I have better things to do..hahaha.
Too bad I missed him going to court yesterday. I could have rolled by and snapped a few pics for you guys. It's funny seeing all our local news sites being posted on the forum.

We have an unspoken rule here that we don't write his address in a post. It is different when it has been reported in a newspaper and we show the article.
Most of us have known for years and even though it is public knowledge and you can find anyone's address if you search hard enough, it is something we try not to advertise.
I'm not trying to publicly spank you but please put yourself in Vinnie's shoes.
Thanks and PEACE, Rick

With all due respect, please, please, respect Vinnie. He didn't want to be photographed back then and he doesn't want to be photographed now (unless he invites you to snap a few).
And please refrain from driving to/past his/Diane's home. It will only make him feel more insecure.
Please respect Vinnie's privacy.
I know that your intentions are to snap a few photos for us but I would rather know that Vinnie is feeling more secure.
Thank you.

interesting, so she owns the house that is right next to the house we all know about. I was wondering about that earlier since the same style fence surrounds that house.

Vinnie will not go out so don't worry, no photos can be had. Personally I would not show up near his houses but its each to thier own.
The houses are all in Dianes name just like everything in vv's life.

To People out there in Internet land, and new people,
I'm staying out of the buisness of Diane, and Vinnie. I'm not here at all to be negative, and from now on when I post on the forum I only want to post when I have something positive to say. I've been catching up, and see there are lots of new members here

. Hiya newbies

. In terms of driving by Vinnies house this is how I honestly feel about it. It's one thing if someone is to drive by, and keeps it to themselves, but its another thing to talk about driving by someones house on the internet. That's not cool even if it's public knowledge or whatever. That would anger anyone. If people were driving by my house, and I saw them talking about it on a forum, I would be hangin around outside. Heres a scenario for you. Lots of people drive by my home that I pay no mind to at all, but usually when someone suspicious drives by my house they are looking for something to steal, I don't live in the worst place but theft is common. I have people who steal from my property all the time, I've even had to press charges, and go to court, and it's happened enough when someone is driving by in an unusual matter I step outside, and I don't ask myself "hmm is this a nice guy, or a bad guy" I don't care, I have to defend my home, and do. When someone steals shit off your property enough, you tend to become an animal, and will seriously hurt someone. If you don't know someone you don't know what they're intentions are, so if a stranger was talking about driving by my house online, I would be outside seeing if I need to protect myself, or wondering why someone was scoping my house, and thats anyone whether they are a celeb or the everyday person. I'm not saying there are any bad intentions here, you have to see both sides of the coin sometimes, and this is one of those circumstances. Also the saying "just because you can doesn't mean you should" falls in. Regardless of what anyone thinks about him, whatever is going on at his house it's HIS buisness and not for the public. It's one thing when it involves music, but its another when it comes to peoples personal life in this capacity, I don't support that shit. Its not anyone's buisness whats going on at his house. Respect his privacy, cause if you were in his placement right now you'd want the same thing.
Respectfully,
"Buff Bagswell"

Regarding this I agree to end speculation. The police and witnesses have stated what they saw, but its best to let it resolve itself. But angel is also suggesting stuff like his wife could have beaten herself up through alchol abuse. Respect for both especially the one physical hurt from this . I think suggesting any senario should be agreed to be stopped.
I am cool to stop any speculation and not talk about this other than just passing on links from the media.

I was not suggesting anything ...only trying to point out the other known factors that could have contributed to her condition.

I believe that it is O.K. to speculate just as long as everyone is very careful to address it as such. Angel has brought up another way of looking at the situation and it may possibly be what Vinnie hints at in his statement.
Marital spat mixed with booze= disaster
If he said that he didn't do it then who did ??? Stay tuned for June 23rd.

I understand your way of looking at it Rick.

This is why I don't think anyone should speculate. The most screwed up thing about the internet is that if people were sitting in a room conversations would go off without a hitch. When people are talking over the internet such as a forum where are you reading words as opposed to hearing them things don't. I don't like the online world for this reason, and that's why I keep my distance from it as well. I've learned alot about the internet from experience, and that's why I choose to stay the away from it. But for example I could say anything. What ends up happening is someone overreads a sentence and then the meaning becomes subject to the eye of the reader, just like art. Something that doesn't mean anything can be made to be anything just like a painting. I could take words and paint over them, and give them new meaning, anyone can in internet land, and whether people realize it the internet is a stomping ground over for effin' Picasso's. I still don't think it's ok to speculate about anyone's private life. Not any Celeb, Sports Figures, or my pain in the ass Neighbor down the Street who I give large doses of LOUD Rock music to daily. I think everyone deserves privacy in this degree. The problem with society is noone is allowed privacy anymore. When people speculate it's going to be the age old deal where children on the playground say a word to each other to see if come's back to be the same word. And this is people's lives, not a museum painting for the world to exhibit. I think every living person should be granted this privacy but that's me. I don't want my private life regardless of how good or bad it is on the net and noone else out there would either.

I agree with you Quentin but that would only happen in a perfect world and as we know, this world is far from perfect. That is why I EMPHASIZE the use of CLARITY in all statements and speculation.
I do believe that discussion leads to healing.
I am still wondering "WTF ???" about many Vinnie related things.
It is a shame that the world is like this . It is only going to get worse with newer technology emerging.
Re: vinnie went to court

It's not about a perfect world. It's about making a choice to choose to speculate in someones life in which people have no buisness. I wont say any names but there was a Rockstar who split with his wife after a long time not tooo long ago. There were places on the internet where people were insulting the guys soon to be exwife, and it was uncalled for. The people who were insulting her didn't know the story behind it. Also there are times when celebs have kids who can't help they have famous parents, who get tormented in their personal lives because of crap on the net. Kids don't deserve that because they have famous parents. People only see one side of the spectrum, the side they want to see. People have a choice to keep out of other's personals lives in which they no place being in, and just because others do it, doesn't mean that someone else has to participate.

In general, I agree that what happens behind closed doors is a private matter between Vinnie and his wife. That is, until the law is broken and someone is convicted of a crime. Then it is most certainly the community's right to know about criminal transgressions. It's called the Freedom of Information Act.
However, coming into a public forum and having someone say "Let's not talk about the 900 lb gorilla in the room" annoys me for a couple of reasons:
1) It's human nature to be curious and want to know the truth about things...especially things they care about. We care about the music of Vinnie Vincent and the background of the person who created this art that we all love. I'm not going to be made to feel bad for my curiosity.
2) I haven't taken part in any speculation as to what transpired that night at Vinnie's home. (I am waiting for the legal system to determine what transpired first.) I haven't begrudged anyone else for doing so or wanting to do so. If you don't want to speculate, that is your right.
Please do not presume to tell me what I can or can not do, should or should not do in a public forum.

Both points are correct and valid . It is choosing your flavor and sticking to it.
Also Quentin, The Rocker's wife and children weren't the victims of speculation, they were the victims of insults and attacks.
As far as our speculation, it is a device used to see as many possible sides to the story as possible. If not for Vinnie, then for the pain and confusion we feel for the situation. The price of fame is a stone bitch and you can't escape it.
The truth really does set you free. If you are the accused, you should be able to take solace in the fact that you know the truth and it will eventually find its way to the surface.
