Former Kiss guitarist Vinnie Vincent is going to re-recorded "All Systems Go," his second solo album with his Vinnie Vincent Invasion, which was released in 1988. This time onetime Journey singer Robert Fleischman, who sang on the first Invasion album, will be on board for the re-do. In a statement, Vincent says that, "Once the recording sessions were under way, it became painfully evident the production, sound and lead vocals were simply poor, lackluster. 'All Systems Go' was released to Vinnie's dismay. With a dramatic change in Chrysalis (Records) management, Vincent was saddled with a situation he had no belief in. Vincent made the conscious decision in 1988 to disband the 'group' after his disenchantment with 'All Systems Go' and with Chrysalis's new management decision to pander to the 'music fad.' " There's no word on when the new "All Systems Go" will be released. Vincent is also in the midst of a domestic assault case brought by his wife, Diane, who alleges the guitarist hit her in the face, threw her to the ground and dragged her though broken glass during an argument in May at their Tennessee home. The case is due in court on December 5.

Robert says No Way. Basically he was not consulted and is not interested.

Yeah, he says pretty clearly that he will never work with him again...which one could speculate to mean that their last creative endeavor left him reticent to engage in future projects with Mr. Cusano. (Purely speculation.)

From the Vinnie Vincent-Guitars From Hell recording sessions, it doesn't sound like people were happy. Usually at the end of the day of recording , people say things like, 'hey, that was pretty good, went well, sounded awesome'. Just listen to these two guys talking near the end of the video & take note of what they say. Doesn't take much to connect the dots.
At 1:09 one of the guys in the studio says 'Rick you might as well take the tape off. That's it for today. I don't think I can take another note. ' Then other guys says, 'I know what you mean'

Actually that is Robert walking out at 0:55 and Vinnie is the one holding the camera and talking at the end.

You're both right. There's Andre on drums on some of the songs and drum machine on the others.
To me, it sounds like real drums on "Rocks on fire", "Nuke it", "Shocker", "Full shred" and "Heavy metal poontang". "Wild child" clearly has a drum-machine! Probably "Invincible" too and the rest of the songs, but it's kind of hard to tell due to the poor soundquality on my copy of the songs.
