I was watching this vid and something that I never figured about this song crossed my mind. I wonder if the back up vocal part where paul sings "It's only right now!" and the "c'mon c'mon!" parts where they're repeated after Paul sings them were sang by Vinnie or by Gene? Kinda sounds like Vinnie but I don't know if they would ever let him sing backup vocals.

Yeah I saw that when I watched it again after posting this... I've always thought Vinnie was so cool in this video when I was a kid.

Eric Carr said they were all eating stuff that astronauts eat on the shuttle... which is food turned into a paste. He said he didn't wanna eat the stuff and was depressed during the filming of the video... guess that's why you don't see him in any of those scenes.

I remember Eric talking about the space food but not about being depressed about it.

yeah I read an interview years ago and he said that he was depressed for whatever reason during that time and had "gained some weight". said he didn't like the LIU video shoot because he looked like a "little dumpy guy" trying to hang out with the big boys when it zooms in on them at the start.

Well there you go! I never knew about the astronaut food! But then again.....I know SFA!!!!

I remember that PW.. Eric said he was a bit overweight & was going through some personal problems at the time... He also said he didn't want to eat that crap so he sat the scene out...
