Vinnie just got back all the trademarks under his name. They were in Les Kero's (Diane's father) name.

les kero still owns them. lets see if he fights it or not.

published for opposition just means that its going to be published so that anyone that thinks they have a claim to the trademark can file a complaint.

Its a bit odd Vinnie has a actual trademark on the guitar already since 06 and many of the others before that
Les and TM1 was a holding company or basically had power of attorney. But the "guitars from hell " logo is under scrutiny, Les filed for it but the statement of use is for Vinnie.

Graham is listed as the Lawyer on both of Les and Vinnies documents so this more than likely is Vinnies Lawyer all along.

I have a feeling it went something like this: Diane I want to build my own line of guitars but we need proto types and they are expensive maybe your dad would like to put up the cash I will be partners with him, The lawyers tell Vinnie if you do this the people you owe money to will take it, but if Les wants in we will start TM1 holdings he can be the president every thing on paper will look like he owns it all. Les gets power of attorney, all looks good. Vinnie being Vinnie revokes power of attorney after he gets the guitars done most everything resends to his name now has his lawyer cleaning up the few left.

Or Les was in on it started TM1 so it looked ok for Tom and all others involved to front the guitar builds and other things needed, you cant sue the president of a corporation.. Vinnie being Vinnie TM1 folds. No way for anyone to get there cash back.

I think you maybe correct or he wanted to not have to pay creditors and used kero for that.

Tjmoster and ed Roman could actually have a good case as they made this long before this claim.

Vinnie and erics make up are owned by les kero. Kiss even know that. Who knows who kiss have to ask permission to use erics make up. Most likely les.
