Wow were on the radio in a promo ad !!!

As i mentioned local station NXFM is running a comp for a band to do their end of year xmas party and the jist is all the entries will be narrowed down to 4 bands by the station and voting will be done online the week prior to the gig ( 27th Nov ), all good !
Now my GF is listening to the station online today and low and behold is an ad running that goes like this

NXFM XMAS SESSION , THEN A GUY YELLS OUT (KISS ALIVE 2 STYLE) DRESSED TO KILL and they bust into us playing RnR Allnight, man what a buzz, i got all goose bumpy and a tear came to my eye, i quickly wiped it away and yelled to the Gods Of Thunder FUCK YEAH

My band was interviewed on local radio once. My drummer slagged Ace of Bass!!! Funny stuff. Sadly our demo songs used were complete shite!!!!

D-Day Monday, we see if DTK makes the 3 band cut the station is making from the entrants, if we do it goes to public vote to see who plays next Sunday. GO DTK !

We missed the cut, they went with 3 top 40 style cover bands, oh well we gave it a shot
