All things considered....

As 2011 draws to a close and the hopes of hearing new Vinnie material, or even better quality versions of old material do not grow stronger I have been reflecting on Vinnie's body of work.

So, all things considered, we are lucky to have what we have.

One fantastic Kiss album where Vinnie helped and one brilliant Kiss album where Vinnie was instrumental in revitalizing the band further.

Two fantastic solo albums, both different but yet equally cool.

An instructional video where it's just Vinnie talking guitars and playing!!

A four track EP of material put out in the hope of bigger things to follow.

Some fans of some artists don't have this much even to go on, so it could have been worse. With the way Vinnie is in business we are very lucky to have what we have, however a small glimpse into Vinnie's musical genius it give us.

What's really missing to top it all off is a live album, though every time I think about and wish for a live album I initially have forgotten that Robert never did a show with VVI and it was Mark for both tours. I so would have loved for Robert to have played those songs live and been recorded. There's a dream that will never come true.

Too tue GB. Very similar career highlights to our other favourite guitarist Randy Rhoads!! But Randy was cut short by an asshole while Vinnie STILL has the chance to add to his amazing body of work. C'mon Vinnie, Get The Ledd Out already!!!

We are lucky to have an excellent live album featuring Randy, and a bit of live video footage now.

This is what we are missing with Vinnie, killer live audio and video officially released.

I think you have to consider the songs before kiss like the treasure CD and the Dan Hartman material.

I am sure that there is a lot of other songs out there that he played on that we don't know about it would be cool to have a complete list off all of them ..

Yeah , you would think he could have used his website for a complete discography.

I'm not as big a fan of Treasure, though the Warrior stuff was getting there!

Does anyone recommend any audios of shows that sound really good?

vinnievincent.com domain still dormant , no use for it at all , what a sad waste of a nice domain
we could have done a killer mega site for him, it's his choice

Yeah, you could have made a fantastic site for Vinnie Sammy. Such a waste of a domain that Dino gifted.

It could have been a really good portal for all things Vinnie Vincent.

Considering Vinnie's feelings towards ASG now many years later we are maybe lucky he didn't abort the mission after all and we got that second album.
