Oh dear Buddha, that site is a cornucopia of poor grammar, misspelled words and outdated coding. I picked up on a LOT of it the very first day it was opened. Not one of the errors has been corrected.

The sad thing is, it's only a few months old but it looks like it's from about 1991!

And everyone here offered to help him make it top notch...or at least as good as a bunch of talented amateurs could.

remembering when I was on the dv spyder would let us know that vinnie and him were working hard on the website that they would be popping in every once in awhile to let us know where to go. Then later said about the forum that would cost people to get in was going to be up soon that the members of the dv would have first chance at getting in. So I guess vinnie was the only one doing it. I was booted off before I got a chance to see anything on the web and the new forum. Vinnie and spyder would say that they do not know much on computers so its taking longer to do.

When Vinnie and Spyder were saying that the dv members would be the first on the new message board, did that mean that he wasn't going to charge the $500 to you or just that you would get first chance to be approved for the charge board?

I did used to laugh to myself on his forum. I'd be telling Cusano what an impact he'd made on me seeing him in 84 with kiss and he'd come over all humble and gracious. An hour later Spyder (Cusano) would quote my post and say something like "NOBODY PLAYS GUITAR LIKE VINNIE VINCENT, THOSE GREEDY BASTARDS (G&P) ARE THEIVES, FUCK THEM". I couldn't help laughing and wondering why I was entertaining this madness. I suppose I enjoyed Cusano being around, but man you had to really work at ignoring the obvious insanity of it.

I enjoyed the pictures, sure. I also enjoyed chatting to him about what he had as far as audio recording he was "really excited" to post for us, even though I knew he never would. You just couldn't have a real conversation with anyone though. It was very frustrating. You couldn't get 2 sensible posts read before it degenerated into stuff like "vinnie, you are my reason for living, you are the very sun in the sky". That sort of stuff, BOOM....conversation over. Everybody starts talking utter babble for 2 pages with Cusano occasionally pitching in with equally meaningless pseudo new age waffle in return. Zero real conversation. Just a place to tell him he was the greatest.

With an ounce of sincerity and a little honesty, Cusano could have made something great for himself & his fans.

I do like Vinnie a lot, but to call him my "reason for living..." Would be a little much for even me. My reason for living is probably chocolate... Vinnie, I would give the reason why I wear hot pink nail polish and fancy men in bands.

But I get where you are coming from and I agree. Respect and sincerity do go a long way.

Dang though, I'd have been in Heaven with the pictures thing. haha
