enigma was sold, and was in trouble they broke/signed poison ( which was huge and burned alot of cash) and styper of course. Obsession was also on the label had 3 albums with very little support ... any time you have a band witha hit and your un prepared it can finacially destory a label.. in the end they wanted out it was gettin old and they were tired. my producer did lots of business with them in the past. he said they were a gerat label and did things right, and wishes there were more like enigma.

It would be very interesting to meet Vinnie he is quite the enigma now, although I have no idea what I would say to him after "Hello, how are you"?

I can think of a few things.
It would be beyond civil .He would enjoy my company. I'll probably get a dinner invite.

Awesome! You could enjoy Vinnie's stories of life on the road during the 80's while eating Lobster Mornay and drinking Bollinger Champagne

My understanding is enigma were already part owned by capital when they signed vv. Bob Kulick was also signed to enigma at that time.
Enigma did not go bust but were basically merged into capital records.
The problem with Gfh is its not overally commercial for record labels.u
