My VV Loving days have come to an end & over the next month Im selling the last of what was once a massive Kiss collection. I first started selling my Kiss collection in 2007 and have slowly parted with some truly amazing memorabilia! A contact of mine is listing about 40 products, my Jackson custom shop VV model Gold Rhoads is among the items up for grabs. Heres the link:

No it's Mike Shannon's autograph. He made the original Rhoads and Vinnie's Jackson VVV.

There are 31 watchers and over 300 views. It us on kissnews.de website which fans view worldwide and it was on eBay homepage too as a most viewed item so it's getting plenty of press. It is visible to American buyers also so this guitar will sell for good $$$ buyers are patiently waiting on the sideline..

On eBay USA you hit "worldwide" on the left column and it appears. I had to list it on eBay oz with w/wide shipping option.

My friend jeff has one of those. Picked it up at a pawn shop for $1000 back in 05? It's in pristine condition to.

This is a different guitar. Was not built in 05 yet. It's a special run.

First year of production in the San Dimas factory was the early 80's. First year of pre production at San Dimas was the late 70's.

This guitar was built in the Corona facility, after the move from San Dimas to Ontario.

It's a limited run depicting one of the first five Jackson guitars.

It happened to be used by Vinnie in Kiss. The original, not this one.

So is your friends an 05 or 85? 85 is San Dimas though only the PO Box was there, not the shop.

Is this guitar an actual Vinnie custom or just a Jackson that Vinnie used?

It is just a Jackson Rhoads, like the one Vinnie used to use in Kiss.

It's serial number is like 950. We had looked it up and it was a first year. Whatever year that was.

Not exactly, he got one of the first production Rhoads guitars to use in Kiss. Also, up till 1990 EVERY Jackson was a custom guitar, that's all they did. In 1990 came "standard" models and finishes.

That is early if it says RR950, but not if it says UO950.

It's rr. Jeff borrowed it from the original owner Greg in 86 and Greg already had it for some time. These guys were my mentors. Lol it's funny how much jeff can't stand vinnie yet, his solos sound very similar. Lol jeff opened for vinnie. Seen vinnie getting his hair extensions put in. Was being a general ass from the way jeff explained the gig.

mark slaughter bought one of those. there is a video with him playing it and he says its a vinnie thing. This is before VV bashed him on his youtube site.

btw great guitar brooklyn. I think its a good feeling to sell shit sometimes. I had about 60 guitars at one stage, I sold em cheap mostly but it felt good. if i had held on to about 2006/2007 i would have made a lot of cash.

vinnie used a guitar similar to this in 82 on the creatures tour. he later sprayed at least one pink.

The guitar is a custom small run inspired by VV's guitar. Not exact but very close.

Hi Dino, it's not shipped yet as the winner is yet to pay for it.. Terms of sale were 3 days so this might go to relist if the buyer doesn't pay this weekend.

The Rhoads will relist on eBay today with about 60 other items, some rare some not so rare but it is time There are some cool backstage passes that I bought from Eric Carrs sister years ago including a couple from his last show ever... These were Erics & his family personal items..

Most items wil start at 0.99c and some will be buy it now. I got burned on the guitar from a non paying bidder so it will have a buy it now option...

So which company made the original VVV. The one that the Vinnie Vincent Model Guitar is based on?

The guitars Dino is talking about are all Jackson Randy Rhoads models, like the one in this thread.

He used some of those models before Jackson made the first VVV model for him.

So the guitar he is using in my avatar is a Jackson VVV?
