He wouldn't submit his tax returns. How does he expect to win if he doesn't submit what he is ordered to do.. what is he hiding in his return?

I find that stuff hard to read...but I did notice that he keeps firing his attorneys and suing them too.

He doesn't want a case built on factual information, he wants a decision based on the idea that he was so cool while he was in KISS that all his debt should taken away and that KISS should pay him millions above and beyond the royalty agreement.

It's just weird to me that Gene admits that Vinnie never signed ANYTHING yet the royalty agreement from KISS holds up in court?

It held because, he was asked to sign, he was told he was an employee they had on paper what he would be paid and he decided to work with out it. Try and do contract work with out a contract and then sue..... your screwed.
He is lucky they were up and up and paid him what they did with out one.

Also the label, publisher and song writers split what is sold. He seems to think he should be paid.a fee rather than split.what is actually sold. Truthfully non of the tunes he wrote were huge hits , yes some sold well but.its not like they are on the radio hundreds of times a day. You get what the song earns you not a fee based on your talent vinnie. .

Reason... Robert didn't sign a contract... Just like vinnie. If vv had done something with his life he wouldnt have to sue kiss and loose the little he does have.

A person who files for bankruptcy needs to:

1) Fully understand that the bankruptcy process is for both creditors and debtors, and not just a shelter.
2) Know the process.
3) Always submit documentation to the court on time.
