Vinnie's last hurrah. Almost 25 years since he played live. I don't know how he could stay away for so long, he seemed to enjoy it so much. What a waste.

VVI breakup is one of the weirdest. All the shows leading up to the breakup they all look so carefree and having fun... even in interviews you wouldn't suspect it from the outside.

But then again people on the outside of this forum would never guess that Vinnie hates the very people who support a fan forum in his name.

from what i hear they were not talking at all on the tour or very much. Mark and Dana asked Tracii Guns to join the band they were planning during the tour. As well as them not getting on with VV the fact they were making no money meant the writing was on the wall. The tour also wasn't that well attended.
Always confused why VV wasn't able to just keep going with new band members. It had to be the fact he ran out of funds.

also LA Guns and VV had a big fall out in Detroit when VV pulled the plug on them. So you can see that if Dana asked Traci to join the band that was a big deal and shows they were not in agreement with VV.

kerrang announced in september Dana had left VVI so I think the break up was pretty much after that gig.

I've always wondered this... it was the VINNIE VINCENT Invasion afterall. It HAD to be money-related.

yes, it has been reported that he was quite depressed, that could also have helped. It would have been cool if he had gotten a new band and finished an ASG world tour.
