Who else would be a main guest at a kiss expo and not want people to know. Not any current or past members apart from vinnie. If it was a kiss related guest I can think of no one either.

Wow, I've had a busy day and this pops up!

It sounds like Vinnie but announcing it like this almost gives it away that it could be Vinnie as he is the only one who would want it like this, save being mentioned as a surprise guest.

Hopefully it's him and he does show up, it will be one for the record books.

If it is him, he has an "out" if he decides not to go as it wasn't announced and he can deny everything. He did it to Ranno after the ad was disseminated in Goldmine magazine for the NYC KISS Expo in the late 90's (I have the issue somewhere).

1) V would want a ton of money. How would the promoter recoup the money if it's a one day event and no promotion?

2) V would demand tons of security - thousands of dollars worth.

If it is correct he won't be doing interviews I assure you. He can not say good things about kiss like he did last time and he can not talk about the boxset which had not happened on the last ones he did and he can not talk about who made his guitars and the fans being booted.. not much apart from vvi technical questions and promoting up.and coming music that won't be released.
Now I think about it there is no chance he will be at the expo unless he totally controls the questions and who is allowed entry.
