The difference in the band's sound is night and day. It even sounds like Pearcy cares a bit.

Pearcy used to be a very engaging front man. You were interested in watching him. The clips of him in recent years show a man that appears agitated to have to even be on stage. He doesn't seem to enjoy it at all. He was never an amazing vocalist, but I liked his voice...and even that doesn't sound like he's putting any effort into it. It's a shame because the rest of the band are good players and seem to want to put on a good show.

Individually they were great musicians but I ever got into them. The drummer was awesome live.
