Wow, big news Teej. Where are you going where the beast can't come?

Maybe store it somewhere for the future?

Long story Vic - I dont wanna sell but dont have a lot of choice - Malta I'm off to but Child support has fucked me over and my priority is getting there not having a trophy guitar - I can have a replica made any time so it's not the end of the world

I have hundreds of pix but these are recent - even one at home here with the amber nectar lol - and Shram - behave if the currency conversion wasnt so shit for the Aus $ it would have been cool :P - worst case I can strap it to the top of my car - I prefer a comfortable existence - see my kids before I go and get there with a few bucks in my back pocket - I will measure every inch of it before it leaves my company to ensure I can have an exact replica rebuilt - but maybe a different paint job that doesnt glow in the dark hehe - some interest so far so thats cool - I despise puttin stuff on ebay although my beloved Randall amp is on there as we speak - I got it from there so fair dinkum - right ? :P

Teej,
Can we have a rundown of all the things that have been done to her? What color did she start as? Who did the work/ paint? ETC...

Good to see a post from you. I have to say, it is inspiring to always see you trying to move FORWARD.

GOD Bless.

as I know it - the guitar was found in a pawn shop somewhere (as Drew's was ) - it was striped back to the bone and repaired by Lee Garner - (shut up Vic before you start a rant ) and repaired as the fins were battered - top fins were replaced and maple top replaced - by Lee Garver of Gmv - and origional graffix redone in glow in the dark snakeskin by the origional artist Dan Lawwrence - since then it was cased in it's custom case - I forget who made it - Vic you can now input - and from then abused to hell and back by me - it's needing some paint to make the back of the neck look perfect agaian an d of course the 4 points have met a few walls - other than tht all I can say is 1 of a kind Jackson - nothing like it in the world now - or ever - best guitar I have ever played and remains to this day

And Rick - I always move forward - however I believe in NO god ;)

Teej,
You don't have to believe. I do.
It is only meant to wish goodness for you and not to impose religious belief on non-believers.
No disrespect intended.
I will say this though, the next time you hug your children, realize that there has to be something very powerful in your life to have such greatness and love afforded to you. My name for that is "GOD".

As for the guitar. I was merely trying to get the information out in the open to try to find a buyer for your guitar. You deserve to get a fair price for it.
I love your guitar but ,as you know, I am broke as a joke.

Blessings and good fortune to you. :D :D :D :D

A custom Dan Lawrence Paint Job through our boutique guitar shop Wild West Guitars can cost $1,000 US Dollars just for the paint job.

Good to hear. I hope it goes to a familiar home.
Worried that you're gonna get skinnier even though Maltese food is a small step up from British food.
