I know this isnt Vinnie related but I thought what the hell, there must be some Ace fans here to.

I have an Ace Frehley Blue Burst les paul replica, similar to the one Ace played at the 2006 VH1 rock honours, it is a fake basically and has been customized to look like Aces, but the guy who did it, did it extremely well. Sound great and looks amazing, it has genuine Chrome Triple Dimarzio Super Distortion humbucker pick ups and then he customized the knobs and bits and pieces and another few things.

I live in Australia so shipping may be an issue as I know the majority of people here live in the states, so if your willing to spend the cash I guess I could send it over there if anybody wants it that is.

As for price let me know all your best offers, I spent $1500 on this including shipping to Aus from the states which I know was a large amount to spend on the guitar but it was sold to me as a genuine and I know I was a bit naive thinking I could get a genuine for that kind of price. I will be listing it on eBay for bidding for $1000 shortly but you guys get first dibs if anybody wants it. $1000 is what I have been recommended to put it up for sale for as the pick ups alone are worth quite a bit. If you let me know how to post some pictures on here I can, I have no idea what the brand is, it just came with Gibson on the headstock if thats makes sense. I think the tuners have been customized aswell.

Its on maintanence right now, but Ill try my best to see if I can get them up any other way.

Yes, I did notice that, just wait till tomorrow or something, should be back up, it's the first time I've seen that. Very handy to post images on the web and share them is photobucket.

So the guitar even has a Gibson logo, it has been faked well. How does it play?

The guitar has been made very well and the guy who customized it did a fantastic job, it looks really good. As for the sound it is great, I have been to several guitar shops and played it for them and none of them have spotted it is a replica.

Just bought my first car and have to pay off a loan I took out for it, Im busy 24/7 so havent got enough time for tafe, work etc. To much to handle, this should get my car totally paid off and have a little extra for myself to buy some vinnie stuff!

Yeah me to, Ive only recently decided to sell. But I have others to keep me entertained and hopefully a new Vinnie one in the coming weeks.

That worked, I'll tell a mate of mine about it, see if he's interested.

He has done a good job, it looks real enough.

Thanks, Ive been trying to get the word out about the guitar but it is a bit difficult. eBay takes it off relatively quickly cause your not aloud to sell replicas and Kiss army Aus takes it off cause there not a "profit organisation". And there aint much point for me to advertise in the USA cause of the bomb in shipping costs.

That sux. I tried to tell people about my (still) upcoming Kiss covers band and Kiss Army Aus took it off, which was annoying. Like I'm gonna make a fortune playing Kiss songs, geez....

The more I look at it, the more I like this guitar.......must resist or I'll be missing a family.....

Yeah there a bit out of wack over there, they seem a bit worried there going to get into trouble for promoting stuff.

Yeah the guitar has a real nice look to it, most Ace fans dont like it but it does grow on you. I appreciate you telling your mates about it, the quicker I can sell this guitar the better.

Those guitars are Chinese replicas. Sorry you were suckered Rap Man 127 .Those replicas look cool but feel cheap. My buddy bought a few Zakk Wylde replicas, then put in some real EMG pickups and fixed the frets and etc... ... the guitars played alright but still felt cheap. Definitely NOT worth it. BEWARE !!!

rick my whitte paul is a cheapie .. made in china.. and i love it looks like gibson i tracked with it . soem of my friedns say they like it better than there real pauls depends one where you get it from i guess mine is pretty good and does the job very well buttttttt i think my agile is alil bit better though and was cheaper in the long haul than the " fib-son" thats i got from china

No, I only put it up for a day. To save eBay from withdrawing it and suspending my account. Less time for them to realize I was selling a fake, there was a guy who was interested and wanted to buy it but he lives in the Netherlands and didnt want to spend a large amount for shipping costs.

If you know of anybody who might be interested please let me know.

Oh yeah, the hassles with fakes...didn't think about that....

It's been a long time since I have posted here, and I know this is an old thread. I took it off sale for a long time but I know wish to sell it again.

The guitar is still in great condition, I am really just wanting a quick sale so I am open to all offers.

The guitar plays fantastically and looks amazing, it does come with a case but handle and one of the locks has broken, couple of ace picks and lightning bolt Gibson ace strap.
