On the bright side of this final loss of Vinnies suites, now there will be more video and pics of him released from KISS. But over all this is a testament to Vinnie's unreasonable attitude towards his own legacy and the business side of music. He could have very easily sat down been reasonable, generated some mail box income been officially recognized as part of Kiss history by Kiss and have that free PR that comes with it. It would have been a lot easier to sell songs and kick start his career if he wanted. I know if I was a current artist and he pitched me a song, even if it was a great song, I would go hey isn't that the guy who has a crap load of lawsuits over pics, copyright usage and back pay? I pass !! He has painted him self in a corner as nothing but trouble in the music biz to the point that even if he had music or was ready for a come back it is impossible to get anyone that could make a difference to help him.

The victim in him has completely taken control and has lashed out at everyone that has reached out to help or work with him. I believe the Tom P. guitars mess was the last we will hear from Vinnie, stick a fork in him hes done.

I assure you if a lawyer is willing vv will keep suing kiss. It won't end. Vv thinks he is a lawyer anyway.

On top of what he owes kiss he must owe lots to the courts and lawyers.

I also think some will do it as a prestige job until they realize how he operates.

Vinnie said lots of lawyers deserted him or didn't deliver. Also he filed bankruptcy when legal bills came in. Usually he just returns bills unopened anyway.

I have spoken to 3 ex lawyers of vv a few years back and non had a good word.

I believe he has lost all the appeals, and sued for everything he could. I have to believe that at some level he feels some sort of relief in it being over. The stress of complete obsession over people places or things is debilitating.
