i believe Cleveland was actually not the next day now I look. I think they went from Detroit to Toronto but I may have this all mixed up. ohh its too late a night .

Funny WOW ---- I watched this yesterday on another forum (Metal Sludge) .Earlier this morning, after I got home from a show , I looked at that picture with the ticket next to it.
It was July 15th, 1988. I believe this show was July 18th.

Vinnie still has Poserboy magic residue on him during this interview.

I was in Columbus, Ohio visiting my brother. Vinnie was the reason for the timing of my visit.

What a magical time. Vinnie was out and about trying to rule the world still. Then he let Slaughter take over and we lost out.

I cannot remember who opened for VVI. I was too excited to see VVI.

Breaker, a classic local metal band from Cleveland, opened the show. Hot as hell that day and I rocked it out in the front row the whole time. I even have pics around here somewhere that I'll have to dig up...

Shaft was it a large turn out ? Its hard to gage what kind of attendance VVI were getting. Thanks for letting me know the opening act.

Truthfully, I don't remember. The venue they played at, The Phantasy Theatre, held less than 1000 people and we were the first ones in line to get in and rushed to the front of the stage and remained there until after the show. We were so jazzed to be there we really didn't pay much attention as to how far back the crowd went.
