Happy Days are over: Joanie Cunningham is homeless

RICHIE Cunningham became an Oscar-winning film-maker, Fonzie an incompetent lawyer for the Bluths and Ralph Malph the father of Glee's phobia-ridden guidance counsellor.
Pity then Joanie, who's been kicked out of the run-down trailer park, just four months after she was evicted from her home in California.
Actress Erin Moran, 51, who played the youngest of the Cunningham clan on Happy Days, hasn't been as lucky as her sitcom co-stars.
Her last regular TV gig was in 2008 and that was Celebrity Fit Club; she hasn't been in a steady acting job since The Love Boat ended in 1985.
Moran and her husband Steve Fleischmann were photographed outside a Holiday Inn in Indiana and they both looked like Brigitte Nielsen on a trip to the park.
Radar Online reports that the pair were kicked out of their trailer park home Fleischmann's mother, "who was tired of Moran's hard-partying ways".
Moran won a large pile of cash after a judge ruled that Happy Days's producers had not paid the stars royalties on merchandise sales.
But the National Enquirer reports that she has nearly blown the settlement money and is causing trouble at the hotels she and her husband are living in. "On several occasions the hotel management warned Erin to curb her unruly behaviour."
Somehow the happy music of Happy Days doesn't seem appropriate:
Goodbye grey sky, hello blue.
There's nothing can hold me when I hold you.
Feels so right, it can't be wrong.
Rockin' and rollin' all week long.
