I think they stretched their capabilities to their absolute limits, which is awesome. But when they brought in Eric and then Vinnie, they had the creativity and firepower to keep up with the best of them...it's a shame it couldn't have all worked out differently.

Yes, Lick It Up could hold its own amongst any albums of the time, it was a masterpiece, as we're the VVI albums later on.

The common ingredient? That Vinnie guy.

i used to go to a pawn store in New Orleans when I was 14/15 and they had hundreds of prints from the Creatures tour. I used to but Vinnie and Eric ones.. all similar to this. It was like an endless box of prints. I also so them in other pawn stores in other cities. Wish I still had them.
