Vinnie /MAB Tour 2013

I think it would be cool if Vinnie and Michael Angelo Batio were to tour together .
They could share a band and show the FULL SPECTRUM of their playing, not just the shredding (although that would be the primary sell).

Although I am not a huge fan of MAB, I respect his career.
MAB has done quite well for himself and I believe he could ease Vinnie back into playing in public again.

I strongly believe that Vinnie should go with a guitar company that has available product.
A DEAN Guitars supported tour of Guitar Centers would do EXTREMELY well.
It could be a clinic within a show tour with both guitarists on stage the entire time playing on each others tunes.

So the ears wouldn't get tired, I would love for both of them to also play the other styles that they have mastered.
I have sat next to Michael as he played the sweetest soft jazz that will ever tickle your ears.

This tour would be INCREDIBLE.

2013 ????

M.A.B. is a monster player and not a spring chicken, There lots of things Vinnie could do but I dont think anyone is going to hold hid hand.

Similar styles and fanbase.
Obvious choice to team up with.

It would be good for both of them .

Vinnie would need to become a little more humble in his expectations. He could rule all if he wished, but it requires baby steps.

The MAB Clinics that I have been to never had or needed security and I expect that MAB could handle himself anyway. He is an ultra cool dude and does and excellent job interfacing with his fan base.

Do you own "Hands Without Shadows"? With Bobby on drums-- about as close as one can get to hearing Vinnie and Bobby together.

Here's the interview Bob did for it:

I will check it out but am sure it would pale in comparison to a Vinnie album of the same genre of material.

You can download it for $7.92 off Amazon. Certainly its not up there with what Vinnie would be doing on "Burn" and other tracks....but its not a bad cd to have in the car....while you've got the windows/top down and doing 100+ mph

But I think its worth it alone for Bob on the drums...
