Great licks, cool octave divider effects

, and WHAMMY DAMAGE !!!!
Just remember , This was the infancy of the lockable Floyd Rose whammy system. It was rather incredible for someone to beat their bar that hard and stay relatively in tune.

which cold gin solo? i know he changed literally every solo once he got the jackson on tour. it was like night and day with the red and white fender looking guitar and the jackson flying v.
oops i didnt see ur link.
yea he kicked that solos ass!!!
i saw a video of randy rhoads doing the whammy effect...on a les paul...with NO WHAMMY BAR one time it was nuts.
and if paul and gene complained about vinnie's "long boring solos" then they truly have never seen a real solos because his solos were never long like they whined about.

Go Vinnie!
I've seen Frank Hannon of Tesla, another guitar demon, play Eruption on an SG. He's just so good too.

I am sure everyone already realizes this, but the audio and video on that link doesn't match.
The audio is one of Vinnie's solo's from a Lick it Up show and not a solo from the Creatures tour.
Just saying.

Exactly. Good catch, Fred.
