You can not own a domain if bought in bad faith just to stop someone using it especially if its a nsme of a person and i doubt he will use it but he can not use it to say bad things about her.

Originally all his domains were in dianes name. I transfered vinnievincent.com to the name if diane although I spokw on phone to vv's lawyer and vinnie himself.
Then after the arrest first thing vv did was move them out if dianes name into his. Brw I know tm1 was les kero.. what I am saying here is the acciunt holder at network solutions.
So the account holder switched from diane to vinnie. Now he has gone a step further and registered dianes name as a domain.
I am 99% sure diane didn't even know she owned all those names. Vv was just using her and les to hide from bankruptcy courts and kiss.

I see a link to Cusano CC cigars. Very doubtful that Vinnie Vincent sells these cigars. They are $50 per pack.

This is a coincidence, and very bad lead. Trade mark free zones protect brand names. It's appealing to companies. You can't put the Campbell's soup label on microwave dinners. The company will object.
