Yeah, instead if doing a club tour around the world, playing to fans, he sues Kiss on behalf of other musicians so they don't suffer the same fate.

So what did this guy do? Use a contact inside the courts to get a copy of the lawsuit?

What we have here is great Kiss vs Vinnie Vincent Synopsis of lawsuit from 1997 .The photos are of actual papers you'll recieve if you're lucky enough to win auction. Got this in the 90's from a press person and the details are incredible and a must read for any fan!!
