I have a questions. Was the middle 90's KISS convention last gig that Vinnie play or there was sth later? Couse I read on forum that he wasn't able/don't want play any solos at the time so what would happened if the tour with guitarmageddon or even EP start? What do you think?

Yes! Playing rythmn with the tribute band would have been Vinnie's last gig sadly! :(

Yeah, nothing much to show off there.
I wonder what he has now?

It is questionable if Vinnie's playing was even amplified at these gigs

I don't think he was plugged in. His last gig was in August 1988. Yeah VV has not played live in the last 3 decades!!! And I think he blames Rick and me for that.

I wouldn't call miming with a tribute band a gig, so yes, 1988 is the last time the mighty Vinnie Vincent played live.

In the end, Gene and Paul got their Revenge and the last laugh.

Vinnie could have had it all but there are a lot of "what ifs".

His desire for all or nothing and demanding only the best meant he could not start small and grow from there into a superstar who was worth the demands.

Being a bit flaky did not help either, but attitude was mainly the problem.

Funny how in interviews , Vinnie was insistent on opening for other bands and building an audience.

I still believe that there is more to the story than what we know... or THINK we know.

Yeah asg tour should have been a opening slot. Too bad he couldn't replace band members abd continue. In interviews towards the end of tour he sounded like he gave up on asg and was keen to get back in studio.
I think if ashes had been first video and vvi got on a big tour in 88 it could have helped. But you would think that time if year would have been a huge mtv hit. Cue brainsaw.

Sadly, I believe even if VVI would've been a mega huge act, Cusano would've found a way to sabotage it.

Yes even with a huge hit it would have ended.
